She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Brandon Lambert and George Lambert of Washington. She is survived by: her husband Malachi Howell; her children, Cindy Martin, Lamar Howell (Teresa), Joey Howell (Pam) and Becky Shelley (Ryan); her sisters, Peggy McDonald and Sarah Lawrimore; her grandchildren, Amber Cook (Alex), Brandon Howell, Hunter Howell, Christian Howell, Sydny Howell and Zackery Shelley; and her great grandchildren, Emma Cook, Addie Lynn Cook and Brantley Levy.
