She was predeceased by : her parents, H. C. Causey and Betty Ann Causey. She is survived by : her husband Greg Faulk; her children, Lauren Faulk and Justin Faulk; and her brother Steve Causey (Terral). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
