She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Turner, and Dolores Turner, Sr. (Gajewski); her former husband Paul Nelson; her son Jason Nelson; her stepchildren, Larry Stout, Jr. (Eugene) and Dawn Stout; and her siblings, Harry Turner, Jr., Greg Turner and Janet Turner.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Stout; her sons, Bruce Nelson (Beth) of Pickerington, OH, Eric Nelson (Judy) of Wheeling, WV and Jim Stout-Kley (Chris) of Dayton, OH; her siblings, Sandra Cardwell of Wheeling, WV and William Turner (Linda) of North Carolina; and her daughter-in-law Michelle (Jason Nelson).
