He is survived by: his wife Denise Shelton Holt; his daughter Alison Holt Evans (Alvie); his stepchildren, David Appell (Phillis), Bryan Appell (Shaunna), Chris Wood (Gabby) and Amy Wood; his grandchildren, Ashley, Melissa Ornelas (Michael) and Rebecca Koch (Tim); his great grandchildren, Layla, Brantley and Walker; his stepgrandchildren, Nathan, Haiden, Alyssa, Preston, Kami, Remi, Baby K, Christian, Deuce and Philip; his parents-in-law, John and Margie Doiron; his sisters-in-law, Naomi Holt and Barbara Holt; and his nephew Greg Holt.
