He was predeceased by : his mother Louise Hilbourn. He is survived by : his father Thomas Hilbourn; his daughters, Janice Pearline Hilbourn of Conway and Chelsey Teresa Hilbourn of Conway; his significant other Phyliss Romine; his stepchildren, Dale Graves, Crystal Graves, Sherri Seawel and Adicia Williams; and his siblings, Mark Hilbourn, Steve Hilbourn, William Hilbourn, David Hilbourn, Sandy Hilbourn, Peggy Stone and Hilda Smith.
