She was predeceased by: her husband David Bullock; her parents, Frankie Mills and Gracie Cannon Mills; and her siblings, Frances Oliver, Gennings Mills, Bill Mills and J. W. Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Olivia Morgan (Andy), Joseph Bullock (Debby), Danny Bullock (Maria) and David Kevin Bullock (Crissy); her grandchildren, Angie, Michael, Matthew, Zachary and Madison; her great grandchildren, Riley, Emery, Bristol, Davis and Brielle; and her sister Evelyn Causey.
Memorial donations may be sent to the Salvation Army.
