He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Skipper and Peggy Skipper Sarvis; his wife Terri Skipper; and his stepfather Heyward Sarvis. He is survived by: his children, Garth DeBell, Brandy Skipper (Courtney), Drandy Skipper (Tammy) and Laura Skaggs; his siblings, Jerry Skipper (Lisa), Kim Rowe (Mark) and Sherry Bellamy (Gerard); and his sister-in-law Renee Walton (Matthew). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
