He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Elmo Collins; and his brothers, Ralph Collins, Grady Collins and Hal Collins. He is survived by: his wife Mildred C. Collins; his daughter Sheila Sather (Aaron) of Ludowici, GA; his grandchildren, Ashlon, Breana, Joshua, Judson Ward (Kasey), Jentry Ward and Casey McKee; and his great grandchild Kaylee Ward. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
