She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallie Tyler and Australia Crawford Tyler; her husband Joseph Scott Dove; her daughter Kimberly Elliott; and her brothers, Donald Tyler, Ralph Tyler and Joseph Tyler (Margie).

She is survived by: her caregivers, Wendy, Erin, Ashley and Natalie; her daughter Sue Dove Hilbourn; her grandchildren, Tiffany Hilbourn Combs (Matt) and Scott Hilbourn (Carol); her great grandchildren, Avery Sutton Combs and Emery Caroline Combs; her siblings, Hilda Jane Tyler and Ronald F. Tyler (Betty); her sisters-in-law, Linda Tyler and Nancy Tyler; her niece Becky Tyler Fowler; Vivis Goude and Marie Martin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
