It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Graham Thomas (Conway, South Carolina), born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Graham and Virginia Sandstrom Graham. She is survived by: her husband John C. Thomas; her sister Paula Graham of St. Petersburg, Florida.; her cousins, Florrie Southerland of Pinehurst and Eddie Cowart of Myrtle Beach; and her pet Penny.

“John, I am so sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of Sandy visiting her mother at Kingston. She would sit in the hall after church on Sundays with her mother and other residents, many of whose memory was gone and sing hymns. There was always a peace in those moments that was evident, but which they were unable to express. She was a fierce protector of those who could not speak for themselves. You will be in my prayers.
