She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon "PaPa" Harley Collins and Eula Jaye "Granny" Holmes Collins; her sister Myra Lynn Collins; and her niece Elizabeth Dalaine Hardee. She is survived by: her husband Ricky; her daughter Carmin Faith Samaha (Thomas); her grandchildren, Chesney Faith, Jack Aaron, Scarlett Hope and Cristin "TooT" Lynn Cox; her great grandchild Harley Burlyn; her sister Sheryl Collins Hardee (Dale); her nephew Anthony Gary Hardee; and her grandsons, Blake Drew and Johnathan Bowers.
