He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence McKinney and Grace Ernestine Orr McKinney; his son-in-law Brady Appleton; and his brother-in-law David Mann Steve. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Douglas McKinney; his children, Ray McElroy (Mandy) and Terri Appleton; and his siblings, Marcus McKinney (Valerie) and Vicky Mann. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
