She is survived by: her children, Marc Chavis, Michael Chavis, Kimberly Chavis and Jennifer Benton (Jason); her siblings, Charles Smart and Margie Johnston (Douglas); her grandchildren, Courtney Chavis, Eli Benton and Scarlett Benton; and her siblings' children, Jeannie Hampton (Lloyd), Melissa Lichty (Emily) and John Johnston.
