It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Sue Hackett (Conway, South Carolina), who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Preacher William Hackett (Billy); and her parents, Roy Jessy Davis and Ida Ferrington Davis. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Tise (Terry) of King, NC, Rhonda Schween (Steve) of Albuquerque, NM and Angelia Johnson (Eric) of Conway; and her grandchildren, Sonya Tise Lavorini (Bryan), Luke Davis Johnson and Elaina Vivian Johnson.

As we all had grown up and went our separate ways, we also lost contact with each other. My dad, Ed Davis, was Sue's oldest brother.
