He was predeceased by: his father Robert K. McAlhany. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn L. McAlhany (Fisher) of Waterloo; his children, Robert R. (Meghanne McAlhany) and Jen M. McAlhany of Conway; his grandchildren, Mollyanne McAlhany, Gracelynn McAlhany and Lucas McFall; his godchildren, David Kueber and Katie Kueber; and his sister Toni A. McAlhany of Waterloo.
