He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ronald Joe and Lynda Howard; and his close friend Rory Howard. He is survived by: his parents, Rev. Mark Howard and Wendy Howard of Conway; his wife Reese Howard; his daughter Haven Howard; his brother A. J. Howard (Jenna); his grandparents, Junior and Sue Marlowe; his niece Della Howard of Conway; his aunts, Candy Jones (Alex), Monica McConnell and Suzanne Everette; his uncle Joey Howard; his parents-in-law, Mandy Voyles (Brian) and Timmy Sellers (Rene); his cousins, Colton Jones, A. B. Jones, Emma Johnson, Eli Johnson, Jo Johnson of Ellis Johnson, B. J, Kyle McConnell (Kara), Jennifer McConnell, Breanna Nettles (Caleb) and Matthew Howard (Josh); and his brothers-in-law, Oakley Voyles and Dylan Nunez.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Toddville Freewill Baptist Church (5975 Flossie Rd, Conway, SC 29527). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor of Todd's daughter, Haven Howard.
