He is survived by: his wife Marie Tyler Ginader; his children, Megan Angeline Anderson (Mark) and Eric Todd Ginader; his grandsons, Erik and Dominik Ginader; his former wife Deborah Shell Hulver; his stepdaughters, Cindy Hopkins (Eddie), Tina McComas (Bryan) and Ranee Miller (Larry); his stepgrandchildren, Brandon, Anthony, Devin, Haley, Alex, Jonathan and Tylar; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Austin, Avery, Addison and Ashton; his friends, Tammy Eschman and Greg Sirbaugh; and his stepsiblings, Beth, Jim and Tommy Phalen.
