He is survived by: his children, June Martin Pitt (Lonnie), William S. Cook and Jack Wayne Martin (Melissa); his sister Linda Doyle Trine; and his grandchildren, Coty Cook (Whitney), Erica Smith, Zac Cook and Valerie Martin. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
