He is survived by: his mother Rivanna Fogle Hill Barrow; his wife Catherine Leigh Richardson Barrow of Conway; his son William Dudley Barrow, IV; and his brother David Andrew Barrow of Anderson, SC..
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Conway (603 Elm St, Conway, SC 29526). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
