He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Sue Hackett; his daughters, Linda Tise (Terry) of King, NC, Rhonda Schween (Steve) of Albuquerque, NM and Angelia Johnson (Eric) of Conway; and his grandchildren, Sonya Tise Lavorini (Brian), Luke Davis Johnson and Elaina Vivian Johnson.
