He was predeceased by: his parents, Willliam Joseph Browne, Sr. and Julia Kelly Browne; his daughter Diane Marie Foley; and his siblings, John Browne and Mary Sheerin.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Kiernan and William Joseph Browne, Jr. (Patricia); his son-in-law James Foley; his granddaughters, Dawn Marie Kiernan Mata (William) and Amanda Lyn Foley; his great grandchild Logan Mata; and his sister Patricia Cottrell (William).
