He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred S. Patrick and Marie Alice Griffith Patrick; and his son John M. Patrick. He is survived by : his wife Thelma Patrick of Conway, SC; his children, William A. Patrick, II (Nancy) of Harrisburg, PA and Vicki Jeffrey (Lee) of Conway, SC; and his daughter-in-law Gail Patrick of Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
