He is survived by : his wife Martha Johnson Boltin; his children, Shawn Boltin (Lisa) of Orangeburg, Sherrie Spigner (David) of Cordova and Tammy Craven (Ron) of Cordova; his sister Vickey Cain of Orangeburg; and his adoptive son Johnny Haddock of Cordova. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
