She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kenneth Smith and Sarah Victoria Pate Smith; and her brother Kenneth Wayne Smith. She is survived by: her husband Wayne E. Neil; her daughters, Angel Neil (Travis Yarborough) and Juliette Thier (Jay); and her grandchildren, Wyatt Yock and Jayde Thier. She is also survived by loving mother to her two girls.
