It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Blackmon of Coward, South Carolina, born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parent Kinder Parker; her husband Bishop; and her siblings, Gerald M. Lewis, Robert Lewis, Charles Lewis, Janelle Collier and Christine Herring.

She is survived by : her sons, Larry Thomas Blackmon (Wanda) of Coward and Stephen Wade Blackmon (Pamela) of Hartsville; her grandchildren, Nicki Broach (Ronald) of Darlington, Paul E. Boggs (Stephanie) of Effingham, Christopher L. Boggs (Joanna) of Virginia, Amber Boggs Powell (Timmy) of Coward, Amber A. Treadway of Florence, Jeri D. Harrington of Greenville and Maryann Elise Blackmon of Hartsville; her siblings, Lorene Turner of Dillon and Thomas Lewis (Brenda) of Dillon; and her siblings-in-law, Judy Lewis of Dillon and Dorman Collier. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
