He is survived by: his significant other Wanda McDonald Locklair; his children, Tommy Locklair, Deanna Austin (David), Jeffery Locklair, Stevie Locklair (Ashley), Michael Locklair (Ashley M.), Renee Matthews and Benji Collins; and his siblings, Geraldine Prosser, Margie Matthews, Kathy Clemmons and Lavern Locklair. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
