With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine Mills of Cowpens, South Carolina, who passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Christine Mills to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Mills, Sr.; her parents, LaVerne Hussey and Marlys Sweet Hussey; her siblings, Curtis G. Hussey (Sheryl) of Minnesota and Cynthia Skube; and her great grandchild Gabriel Allison.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Wayne Mills, Jr. of Cowpens, Jeri Lavender (Kenneth Mullinax) of Gaffney and Stephanie Jean Noah (Michael) of Cowpens; her siblings, Chuck Hussey (Dakota), Carol Wilson (Mark) of Arkansas, Cathy Hussey-Berdahl, Candy Hamilton (James) and Dakota; and her grandchildren, Tabitha Lavender (Greg), Curstie Allison (James), Billy Buff, Jr., Mercedes Celestin (Clint), David Mullinax (Martha) and Haley Ridings (Chad).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341).
