He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kay Harris Kimbrell; his sons, Matthew N. Kimbrell (Kathryn) of Cowpens and Andrew D. Kimbrell (Amber Forrester) of Cowpens; and his grandchildren, Tyler Kimbrell, Ashley Kimbrell and Xander Kimbrell.
