He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Holly and Donald Holly. He is survived by: his wife Lynne A. Holly; his children, Randel Joseph Holly Jr. (Deanna), Daniel Holly (Stephanie), Marcus Holly (Melissa), Anita Holly Smock (Andrew), Catherine Holly Forde (Fray) and Hunter Holly (Janna); his grandchildren, Miles, Major Holly, John Arden Smock, Landrey and Larkin Holly; and his siblings, Sharon Kreider, Rick Holly, Julie, Shellie Wylie and Scott.
