It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ardella Cruz of Cross Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Ardella may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ardella touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Johnson and Helen Mae Johnson; and her siblings, Ardith Mendez, Ronald Johnson and Robert Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Anthony Cruz and Raquel Nichole Arthurs; her siblings, Carol Tirado, Joyce Terrance and Carl Norman Johnson; her niece Valerie Zimmerman; and her close friends, Dorothy "Dot" Fallon and Anna Kirawas-Calderon. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
