She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Edward Childers of Cross Hill; her parents, Paul Jefferson and Ruby Mae Bass Jackson; her siblings, Harold Gene Jackson and Barbara Jackson Kuit; and her sister-in-law Kathryn Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Ann Smoak (Thomas), Pamela Wise and Kimberly Childers. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
