She was predeceased by: her spouse Reverend O'Dell Cook, Jr.; her parents, Willie C. Foggie and Mattie Pearl Watts Foggie; and her brother Anthony Foggie. She is survived by: her children, Chauncey Cook (Ashley) of Greenville and Charaka C. Cook of Suwanee, Georgia; her stepdaughter Marticia Smith (Allen) of Simpsonville; her sisters, Debra White (James), Kathy Foggie and Phyllis Latimore; and her grandchildren, Elisha Cook, Carter Cook, Caleb Cook, Brandon Smith and Cydney Smith. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
