He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Madeline Arnold Evans; his children, Karrie Evans (Gabino Hernandez) of Macedonia, Carroll W. Evans, III (Ashley) of Cross and Cody Evans of Ladson; his sisters, Patricia Harlow (Chavis) of Eutawville and Yvonne Tant of Summerville; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Abagail, Shane, Carroll, Liaam and Ryker. He is also survived by other grandson.
