He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Pinckney and Essie Mae Spann Pinckney; and his siblings, Albert Walker, Mary Walker and Martha Walker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wilhelmenia Brown of Winter Haven, FL, Annie Pinckney, Rebecca Pinckney of Manville, NJ, Georgie Ann Pinckney of Kenilworth, NJ, Jerry Walker (Orie) of Oxon Hill, MD, Louis Pinckney, Jr. of Washington, DC and Gene Pinckney of Orangeburg, SC; his sister-in-law Helen Walker of Cross, SC; his aunts, Queen Esther Dixon of Waldorf, MD, Jessie P. Hopkins of Summerville, SC and Catherine Schuler of Beaufort, SC; and his uncle James Rollison, Jr. of Miami, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
