He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert "Bo" Huggins and Sallie Johnson Huggins; and his brother Guy Huggins. He is survived by: his spouse Dale Fleming Huggins; his children, Brandon Huggins, Jonathan Huggins (Amanda) and Courtney Huggins; his grandchildren, Hailey Cannon (Jaden) of Melody Huggins, A. J, Mandy Kay Huggins, Meredith Huggins and Rylyn Richburg; his great grandchildren, Rhaelynn Mae Cannon and Kayson Huggins; and his sisters, Debra Timmons (Richard) and Rhonda Richburg (Mike). He is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
