He is survived by: his father Heyward N. Blackmon, Sr. of Darlington; his brother H. Nelson Blackmon, Jr. (GeorgeAnne) of Darlington; and his niece Sarah Elizabeth Louise Blackmon of Winston Salem.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to Darlington Presbyterian Church or to the Darlington Fire Department Christmas Toy Drive.
