He was predeceased by : his father Charles Monroe Gainey, Sr.; and his sister Luann O'Neal. He is survived by : his mother Lynda Ann O'Neal Ham (Davy Bryant); his son Charles Kayne Gainey; his sister Renee Gainey (Sean Johnson); his nieces and nephews, Paige Johnson (Jonathan Blake), Payne Johnson, Lee O'Neal (Danielle), Travis O'Neal (Ashley Froese) and Austin Johnson (Ashlyn); the mother of his child Stacey Griggs; and his brother-in-law Tommy O'Neal. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews.
