He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carter and Martha Carter. He is survived by: his wife Betty Carter; his daughter Kelly Frankenstein; and his siblings, Sheila Brown and Frank Carter.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Southside Free Will Baptist Church (153 E McIver Rd, Darlington, SC 29532). Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Family's Residence (129 W McIver Rd, Darlington, SC 29532).
