He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank P. "Trunkie" Edwards, Sr. and Aleta Cooke Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Harris Edwards; his children, Frank Patterson Edwards III (Melissa) and Susan Quarles (Michael); his grandchildren, Alexis Edwards and Brittany Welch; his great grandchildren, Avery Edwards, Deliah Edwards and Aria Edwards; and his caregiver Shirley Ellerbe.
