He is survived by: his wife Tonda West Weaver; his children, Scott Weaver (Amy), Jonathan Weaver (Shelly), Cherelle Weaver Whitfield (Eddie) and Jake Mims (Casie); his brother Grady Weaver (Fran); his nieces, Lezlie Weaver (Gil), Mardi Kemp and Sonja Paulk (John); his nephew Cliff Kemp; his stepmother Sadie Phila Weatherford Weaver; his parents-in-law, Freddie and Martha West; and his grandchildren, Ashley Montrose, Tyler Montrose, Bradley Bish, Maitland Weaver, Emi Weaver, Preston Bibler, Bailey Bibler, Kylie Bibler, Hamp Mims and Mabry Mims. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
