She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland (Doris Radcliff) and W. Va; her husband Donald Ray Pack; and her siblings, Gerald, Charles Radcliff and Betty Holley.
She is survived by: her stepson Steven Blake Pack (Robin Hitch) of Sylva, NC; and her nephews, Mark Radcliff (Candy) and David Radcliff (Joyce).
