He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Jones and Mary Ann Winburn Jones; and his siblings, Margaret Hood (Leon), Jessie Jones (Janie Bea), Coker Jones (Myrtle), Beatrice Siner (Claude) and Troy Jones (Joyce).
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Spraggins, Chad James (Abbey) and Christy Fish (David); his grandchildren, Britney Holder, Calli Bright (Alec), Sage Spraggins, Jonathan Spraggins (Carrie), Gavin Weatherford, Connor Spraggins and Xander Spraggins; his wife Crystal Parker Jones; and his sisters, Geneva Barber (Gary) and Helen Smith. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter.
