He was predeceased by: his mother Kathy Morris McDonald; his grandparents, Henry of Florence, Katheryn Morris of Florence, Jim of Florence and Peggy McDonald of Florence; his aunts, Brenda Miles of Conway and Suzanne McInnis of Rockingham; and his nephew Matthew Ryan O'Neal of Hartsville.
He is survived by: his father John "Mike" McDonald Sr.; his sister Jenifer O'Neal (Chris) of Hartsville; his nieces, Madison and Morgan O'Neal (Carson) of Hartsville; his aunt Janis Motte (Jay) of Florence; and his cousins, Kay Douglas (Wayne) of Florence, Mackey Miles of Myrtle Beach, Jason Motte (Kristen), Sage Motte of Greenville, Mary Anne Meacham (Jeff), Will and Olivia Meacham of Rockingham, NC..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home (315 Pearl St, Darlington, SC 29532).
