He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mandeville Rogers and Myrtle Louise Frye Rogers; his wife Emma Rogers; and his siblings, Robert M. Rogers, Sr. and Mary Louise Vause.
He is survived by: his son John Steven Rogers of Murrells Inlet; his grandchildren, April Jackson, Heather Owens and Brittni Quick; his great grandchildren, Tyson Jackson, Sean Owens, Heather Owens, Nicole Owens, Jesslynn Owens and Emmarie Quick; and his siblings, Lynn Rogers and Cornelia Rogers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
