He is survived by: his wife Louise Pinho Scank; his children, Lisa Safker (Joe), John William Scank, Jr. (Danielle) and Rachel Scank (Joe Austin); his grandchildren, Timothy, Camren, Joseph, Skylar, Ethel, Noah, Kaleb, Austin, Riley, Jaycie, Sydney and Jeffrey; and his great grandchild Tristan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
