We announce the death of Jon Michael Richardson of Darlington, South Carolina, who passed away on October 13, 2026. He was predeceased by: his father Malcolm Eugene Richardson, Sr.; and his brother Malcolm Eugene "Gene" Richardson, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Dawn English Richardson; his sisters, Brenda Richardson McKinney (Ricky) of Wellford, SC and Robin Pietarinen of Hartsville, SC; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Joshua, Luke, Lucile, Michelle, Jonathan, Kelly, Trinity, Gabriel and Asher.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Thomas C. Kistler Memorial Chapel at Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home (315 Pearl St, Darlington, SC 29532). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
