She was predeceased by: her parents, George "G. C." Charlie Fennell and Sally Pauline Matthews Fennell; and her husband Bennie "Buck" Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Bennie "Bucky" R. Perkins (Brenda), Tony Perkins (Angela), Pamela Haws (Alan), Eric S. Perkins (Jeri Cope) and Connie Ogburn; her sister Faye McKnight; and her close friend Tommy McElveen. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren.
