He was predeceased by: his parents, Burlong Epps and Josie Marie Stuart; and his siblings, Annie Boisvert and Lester Epps. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth, Deanie, Terry Epps and Joyce Martin; his wife Glenda Conyers Epps; and his children, Joan Anderson, Annette Sills, Clark, Mark Epps and Kimberly Hanna. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
