He is survived by: his sons, Benjamin "Liles" Cook, Jr. (Sandy), John Cook (Jackie) and Ricky Cook (Niki); his grandchildren, Kyle Cook (Allie), Bretta Kittrell (Camden), Christin Crosby, Brent Cook (Cassie), Kara Cook, Austin Cook (Gayle), Coby Cook (Emily) and Kelsey Cook; his great grandchildren, Camden Kittrell, Jr., Oaklyn Crosby, Lainey Kittrell, Cole Kittrell, Delilah Cook, Walker Cook, Tate Cook and Weslie Cook; his sister-in-law Mary Lou Williamson; and his sibling's children, Dawn Henry (Stuart) and Jimmy Williamson (Anne).
