He is survived by: his mother Emily Driggers; his sons, Ayden, Lil Cliff, Shylo and David Curtis; his siblings, Debra Ray (Richard), Jamie Curtis (Kevin), John Daniel Curtis (Kristen), James Allen Giamportome and John David Curtis (Dezeray); his siblings' children, Gabrielle Hankins (Austin), Robert Ray (Elizabeth Hadwin), Adrienne Ray, Landon Ray, Alexis Churchwell, Cypress Churchwell, Austin Curtis, Landon Curtis, Anthony Curtis, Kendra Curtis and Josh Curtis; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler, Trey, Taten Hankins, Brexley Peeler, Ryker Thomas, Anna Grace Curtis and Natalie Curtis.
